Ground Turkey Breast with vegetables

Ingredients
-3/4 pkg. of ground turkey breast (12 oz)-2-3 of your favorite veggies, chopped small-1/4 of medium onion, chopped-1 tsp. black pepper-1 tsp. cayenne-2-3 tbsp. Lee Kum Kee Vegetarian Stir Fry Sauce or Hoisin-1/2 water
Directions
Spray the pan with some canola oil.
Brown the meat. Add onion and spices.
Add veggies.
Add Sauce.
Add water and simmer for 3 mins.

    Hubby commented that it was nice to have a dish with a little kick to it. I used zucchini, eggplant, carrots and tomatoes for my veggies. Served over brown rice and ended up adding a little bit of low sodium soy sauce to it on the table. - 1/13/10
