Chicken-Rotissorie Chicken (3 oz.), 4 serving (remove)pace picante sauce, medium, 10 tbsp (remove)Sam's Choice Mild Southwest Black Bean & White Corn Salsa, 10 tbsp (remove)Yellow Sweet Corn, Frozen, 1.33 cup kernels (remove)
Shred cooked chicken and mix in salsa and corn. Heat through. Serve on baked potatoe, with baked tostito scoops, on rice, or in a tortillia. (None are included in calorie count)
I used leftover rotissorie chicken (13oz). I only used the pace picante sauce and Sams choice southwest black bean & white corn salsa because I did not have enough of one or the other. It was very good.
