Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey.25 cup ketchup 2 T mustard.5 medium onion3 oz mushroom slices4 Earthgrains sandwich thins
Directions
Brown turkey in a skillet, adding onions and mushrooms when turkey is almost ready. Add ketchup and mustard and simmer until it reaches the consistency of sloppy joes. Toast buns and serve meat in them like a sandwich.
