Spinach & Turkey Bacon Salad

Ingredients
Salad:2 cups Spinach (fresh)1/4 cup shredded cheese (I use Cheddar)2 slices Turkey Bacon1/4 Apple1/2 pack Craisins 100 calorie pack (or use regular dried cranberries)1/4 cup Diced CeleryDressing:2 tbsp Olive Oil4 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar1 tsp Splenda
Directions
- Combine olive oil, balsamic vinegar and splenda to make the dressing. Stir.
- Cook turkey bacon. Cut up into small pieces.
- In a bowl, place spinach leaves and top with celery, apples, craisins, cheese, turkey bacon.
- Top with dressing to your liking.
- Enjoy! :)
