Ingredients
2 pounds Pork stew meat1 large can of saurkraut1/2 bottle of Beer1 sweet apple, chopped1 tbsp Fennel seed6 servings of Garlic Mashed Potato (on the side)
Directions
put meat in crockpot. add Kraut, chopped apple, beer, and fennel seeds. cook on high all day (whle you go to work or or whatever).

Serve with garlic mashed potatos.

    I was going to fix smoked pork chops and saurkraut last night, but had unexpected company, so we will have it tonight. I use chopped onions and lean bacon, to give it a smoked flavor. After rinsing it, I add a little boullion and white wine & a t-spoon of brown sugar. - 1/2/10
