Cucumber Salad

Ingredients
8 cucmbers, sliced thinly1tbsp salt1 medium onion, cut into thin rings1/3 c. vinegar2/3 c. waterblack pepper and garlic powder to tasteSplenda to taste (1-1.5 tbsp.)
Directions
Slice cucumbers thinly and place in large bowl. Pour in salt, stir, and let sit for 30 minutes. After 30 min, pour off excess water. Add all other ingredients, mix well and refridgerate. Best if made a day in advance and served chilled.
