Grilled Veggies

Ingredients
1 cup cauliflower 1 cup broccoli1 cup carrots1 cup parsnips1 cup mushrooms2 tbs olive oil 1 tbs minced garlic salt, pepper and Mrs. Dash
Directions
Cut up carrots and parsnips, mix with 1 Tbs olive oil and bake for 15- 20 min in a baking dish or cookie sheet.
Then add the rest of the veggies together and 1 more Tbs of Olive Oil with seasonings and cook at 400 for another 20 min or until browned (make sure to stir around half way )
