A Bit of Shrimp Scampi

Ingredients
Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 1.3 tbsp Shrimp, cooked, 3 oz Garlic, 2 cloveWhite Bread, 1 slice (optional)Flour, white, .2 cupLittle bit of ginger
Directions
Before starting, prep the shrimp:
Put the flour on a plate and then the sprinkle a dash of ginger over the top. Take one shrimp at a time and dip it in the flour and set aside. (you will not use all of the flour)

In a small pan heat(using high heat level) the oil and garlic until garlic starts to brown. Add the shrimp laying on one side. Let it cook about one minute then flip to the other side. Avoid using your hands because of the burning oil splattering. Cook another minute or so on the opposite side. Use a spatula to move the shrimp around in the pan. Let the the shrimp sit while you break apart the piece of bread on a plate. Take the pan and pour the pan/remaining oil over the piece of bread.

Makes one serving.
