2 chicken breasts4 oz spaghetti2 T smart balance buttery spread3 T whole wheat flour1/4 t saltpepper1 C chicken broth1/3 C reduced fat sour cream1 C shredded cheese
Boil chicken, shred and put off to the side.
Cook pasta in pot and remove from here when just under down. Put off to the side.
In small sauce pan melt butter and add flour to create a paste. Add chicken broth, sour cream, salt and pepper to taste.
Layer in 9x9 baking dish pan, spaghetti, sauce chicken and repeat until gone. Top with shredded cheese. Bake at 425 until cheese is melted.
