Noodleless Lasagna (crockpot)

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey1 can of spaghetti sauce1 1/2 cups of fat free cottage cheese (or Ricotta cheese)1 egg, beaten1 cup grated mozzarella cheese, divided1 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning
Directions
1. Brown ground turkey in a nonstick skillet.
2. Add spaghetti sauce, mix with meat.
3. Pour half of turkey mixture into slow cooker sprayed with non fat cooking spray.
4. In a small bowl, mix together the cottage cheese, egg, 1/4 cup of mozzarella and the Italian seasoning. Beat well with a fork.
5. Spread half of cheese mixture over meat mixture.
6. Repeat layers, finishing by sprinkling the remaining mozzarella on top.
7. Cover. Cook on low 4-4 1/2 hours.
