*Yves Veggie Ground Round - PackageCarrots, raw, 1.5 cupCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced Onions, raw, 1.5 cup, chopped Mushrooms, canGreen Peppers (bell peppers), 1 cup, chopped *Ragu Spaghetti Sauce (tomato sauce), 2.5 cup*Canned Tomatoe - Alymer diced, 2.5 cup
1.Put everything in crockpot except for ground round
2. Cook on high for 1 hour
3. Turn down to low add the Yves ground round
4. Stir whenevery you remember to
5. Cook on low for 6 hours
6. Serve over whole wheat spaghetti
Makes around 7 cups so 1 cup serving would be 7 servings.
