Warm Peanut Sauce

Ingredients
1/2 cup unsweetened light coconut milk1/4 cup reduced-fat smooth peanut butter3 teaspoons red curry past 2 teaspons Mrs Bragg's soy sauce
Directions
Place peanut butter and coconut milk in a microwave on high for about 30 seconds- they should be very hot but not boiling. Whisk until well mixed and then add sugar, curry paste, soy sauce, and 1 Table spoon of water. Microwave on high for another 15 seconds.
