Chicken stir-fry Lunch

Ingredients
3.5 oz of chicken tenders(breast) thawed and cut into bitesize pieces.3/4 cup of frozen broccoli stir-fry3/4 cup sugar snap stir-fryspices to tastesalt, pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic etcPut olive oil in pan, sautee chicken until slightly browntake out chicken, put to sidepour chicken broth in pan and stir until all brown bits come off bottom of pan.Add all veggies and cook until unfrozen.Add chicken back and cook until chicken done.Cottage cheese with strawberries, and apples, are served with this. Very colorful and tasty.
Directions
This makes one serving but you can make as much as you want and divide it.
