Tuna Patties for One

1 can of solid white tunafish2 tbl. Hellman's light mayo2 tbl. minced garlic1 small stalk of celery1/8 cup of bread crumbsa few shakes of salt, pepper, and oregano
1. Chop the celery into very small pieces.
2. Open and drain the tunafish.
3. Mix all of the ingredients together in a mixing bowl.
4. Using half the mixture at a time, form patties with your hands and then place on a griddle, lightly sprayed with non-stick cooking spray.
5. Cook over medium heat for about 8-10 minutes, turning once.
Makes 2 patties.
