Homemade Tapioca Milk Pudding

Ingredients
60 gm pearl tapioca60 gm brown sugar270 ml whole milk1/2 teaspoon vanilla essencepinch ground nutmeg
Directions
Makes 4 serves.

Place tapioca, sugar and milk in a crock pot (slow cooker). Allow to heat on automatic for two to three hours. Just before serving, stir in vanilla essence and nutmeg.
