1 20-oz. Can Pineapple, Crushed, Undrained1 1-oz. Box Instant Pistachio Pudding, Sugar-Free1 8-oz Tub Cool Whip Lite, ThawedMiniature Marshmallows, Rinsed (optional)
In large bowl, mix crushed and undrained pineapple with pistachio pudding until well-incorporated. Add whipped topping and gently fold in with a spatula to keep loft intact. If using marshmallows, put desired quantity in a colander and rinse under cold water for a few seconds to remove anticaking powder that coats the marshmallows, then add marshmallows to pudding mixture, again, folding in gently with a spatula to keep loft of whipped topping intact.

BAMAJAM
This is such a favorite for my family-- and is so easy to make!
However, I never rinse the marshmallows and my dish turns out great. I use sugar free cool whip, about three cups of mini marshmallows for the recipe. Also, I use pineapple tidbits with the juice of the can. Refrigrate overnite. - 4/17/13
