Curry baked beans

Ingredients
2 onions4-5 mushrooms1 tin beans (420 g)25 g sultanas2 tsp curry powder1 tsp ground ginger1 tbsp oil
Directions
Chop onions and cook gently in oil to blanch. Add chopped mushrooms as onions soften. add curry powder and ground ginger and stir in well. Add can of beans sultanas and enough water to enable it to mix thoroughly. bring to boil and then simmer for 5 minutes.
while go in casserole with added sausages and cook slowly in oven
