1 tbs olive oil1 onion2 ribs celery2 garlic clovesmedium zucchinibay leaf1 cup white canelli beans1 cup garbanzo beanssalt and pepper3 c chicken stock10 oz. spinachbasil or parsley to top
Directions
saute onion and garlic, Add all the rest and let cook for a while. Simple.
