Tuna Patty Sandwiches

Ingredients
For the patties:1 can tuna in water drained1 whole egg1 tbsp Parmesan cheese, grated1/4 cup fresh minced onion1/2 slice bread, dried and crushedFor the tartar sauce:3 oz lemon juice1 1/2 tbsp mayonnaise1 1/2 tbsp dill pickle relishSandwich makingsBreadlettuce tomato
Directions
In a food processor, combine drained tuna, bread crumbs, egg, cheese and onion. Mix together. Use 1/4 for each patty and place on hot grill or fry pan, that has been sprayed with PAM or other no fat cooking spray. Cook until hot all the way through.

In a small bowl, combine juice, mayo and relish, to create the tartar spread. Use spread on bread and use toppings such as lettuce, tomato, onion, etc.

Is great with Cream of Tomato Soup. Makes 4 sandwiches.
