3 cups of shredded zucchini1/4 cup of flour1/2 cup of egg substitue1/2 cup of spaghetti sauce2 oz shredded mozzarrella Mix zucchini, flour and egg substitue together season to tastdrop into hot fry pan with a little ovo on medium heat, push down to thin cake fry and turn over when browned nicelydrain, put in oven to crisp for about 15 minutes at 350 take out of oven spread spaghetti sauce on cakes and sprinkle cheese evenly over sauce.
