tomato sauce

Ingredients
3 garlic cloves.5 large or 1 small zuchini4 or 5 fresh basil leaves chopped2 tsp sister's secret fragrant chili or 2 chili peppers2 tbsp olive oilsalt and pepper
Directions
heat olive oil
slice zuchini into half moon slices then add to hot oil
brown for 3-5 min before adding sliced garlic
saute for 5 min or so with salt and pepper then add a can of tomotoes ( l like whole plum or roma best for a chunkier sauce)
add basil ( or oregano ) and chilis. simmer for 15 - 20 min.
