1 small cinnamon raisin bagel or English muffin or 2 slices whole wheat bread 1 medium banana, sliced 1/4 cup low fat cottage cheese or fat-free cottage cheese 1 packet sugar substitute 1 dash ground cinnamon
Toast bagel, english muffin, or bread.
Top with sliced banana.
Spread cottage cheese evenly over top.
Sprinkle sugar substitute and cinnamon over top.

The key, for me, is using 2% cottage cheese. It isn't sour tasting or runny like the fat free. I love Breakstones 2%. I always stick mine back under the toaster oven just long enough to make the cottage cheese warm and melty. That makes a BIG difference. Eating this now in fact. yum. :) - 2/28/11
