Fruit Shake

Ingredients
1/4 cup of unsweetened orange or grapefruit juice3/4 cup of frozen strawberries4 Ice cubes3/4 cup of low-fat or nonfat milk
Directions
In a blender, combine juice, strawberries, ice cubes, and milk. You may sweeten the shake with a teaspoon of sugar (16 calories/4 grams of carbohydrate per teaspoon) or if you wish you could add a packet of artifical sweetener of your choice. If shake is to thick, add a few tablespoons of water. Makes 12 ounces
