Yogurt Shake

Ingredients
1 cup of frozen strawberries4 Ice cubes1/2 cup of lowfat or nonfat milk1/2 cup of lowfat or nonfat yogurt
Directions
In a blender, combine strawberries, ice cubes, yogurt and milk. You may sweeten the shake with a teaspoon of sugar or if you wish you could add a packet of artificial sweetener of your choice. If shake is too thick, add a few tablespoons of water.
