Shanghai Pork and Cabbage (PK)

Ingredients
2 lbs. pork chops cut in strips (remove fat)1 large cabbage shredded1/2 cup soy sauce2/3 cup water1 tbsp. garlic powder6 tsp or 2 tbsp. of packed brown sugar3 tbsp. olive oil
Directions
Marinade the meat with soy sauce, water, garlic powder and sugar. Let stand at least 30 minutes. Can leave for 2 hours or more.

On a large skillet heat olive oil till hot, fry meat little by little and set aside. Fry the cabbage adding little by little the marinade sauce. Cook cabbage to your liking add the meat and cook a little longer.
