1.25 lbs chicken breast cut into bite-sized pieces1 pkg taco seasoning1 cup salsa1 can 98% fat free cream of chicken soup1/2 cup fat free sour cream3 cups cooked brown rice
Put chicken, seasoning, salsa, and soup in crock pot on low 8 hours. Stir in sour cream and rice until heated through.
