Broccoli Cheese Soup

3/4 cup small cauliflower florets3/4 cup small broccoli1/4 cup carrots1/4 cup onion1/2 tbsp butter1 1/2 cup 2% milk1/2 tsp bouillon1/4 tsp saltdash black pepper2 tbsp flour2 1/2 oz Velveeta plain cheese
In large saucepan cook the vegetables in the butter for about 5 mins. Stir in 1 1/4 cups milk, bouillon, salt & pepper. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, simmer uncovered until vegetables are tender. Stirring occasionally. Combine the flour and remaining milk until smooth, add to saucepan. Bring to boil, cook and stir for 1-2 mins or until thickened. Remove from heat, add cheese and stir until melted. Serve immediately.
