Lentil Soup Recipe

Ingredients
2 tbsp Olive oil2 cloves garlic2 medium onions2 sticks celery1 carrot1 medium potato4 tbsp soy sauce1/2 tsp - garlic powder, basil, paprika & sea salt1/2 tsp cumin & oregano2 stock cubes7 cups water1 can tomatoes3 cups lentil - brown
Directions
Fry vegetables in oil for about 7 minutes, then add soy sauce, seasonings - fry a little longer. Add tomatoes, stock and lentils. Either simmer 1 hour on stove or pressure cook for 12 minutes.
