Parsnip and potato soup

Ingredients
Parsnips-chopped, 200 grams *Potato-chopped, 1 medium (2-1/4" to 3-1/4" dia.)Vegetable Broth, 2 cup Salt, 1 tsp Pepper, black, 1 tsp Garlic-chopped, 1 clove Turmeric, ground, 0.25 tsp Chili powder, 0.5 tsp
Directions
1. Mix potato and parsnip with spices.
2.steam over vegetable broth till vegetables are tender.
3. Allow vegetables and broth to cool.
4.blend in mixer.
5. heat again to serve.-a cup
6.serve with white bread and butter.
