1 box Betty Crocker Supreme Brownie Mix1 egg white1 1/2 cup canned pumpkin (almost an entire 15 oz can)
Mix all ingredients and cook brownies according to the instructions on the box. Cool and cut. My pan makes 18 brownies.
**The ingredients call for nearly an entire can of pumpkin. I'd opened a can for something else and wanted to use the rest before it went bad. To add moisture, I added the egg white. I think you can take out the egg white if you use an entire 15 oz can.**
