1lb beef round steak1 medium onion chopped1 cup chopped red pepper1 cup chopped green pepper2 jalapeno peppers chopped2 cans beef broth2 tpbs soy sauce1/4 cup corn starch
cube steak into 1 inch pcs, add peppers and 1 tbsp of soy sauce, cook over medium heat until meat is brown and veggies are tender.
Add 2 cans of beef broth and 1 tbsp of soy sauce, stir in corn starch slowly until desired thickness is reached.
Serve over brown rice or egg noodles
