Garden Spaghetti Sauce

Ingredients
3 Red Bell Peppers2 Medium white onions6 cloves garlic2 large zucchini16 oz mushrooms2 large (29 oz ea) cans tomato puree1 large (29 oz) can crushed tomatoes2 small cans tomato paste1 small can stewed tomatoes1 large can (29 oz) whole tomatoes1/4 cup Italian seasoning4 Tbsp sage4 Tbsp basil4 Tbsp Oregano3 Tbsp white pepper3 Tbsp chili powder4 tsp seasoned salt
Directions
Slice all veggies and fry (I don't use olive oil to fry my veggies, but rather a fat free butter flavored cooking spray)
Add 1 can tomato paste, stir
Add all spices, stir
Add rest of tomato products. Bring to a boil.

Simmer for 2 hours.
Makes a really large stock pot of spaghetti sauce.
