*Blue Bonnet Light Margarine, 72 tbsp Granulated Sugar, 2 cup *Philadelphia Fat Free Cream Cheese, 8 oz Egg white, 6 serving Baking Powder, .5 tsp*Flour, white, 3 cup
In a large mixing bowl, cream butter, sugar and cream cheese. Add egg whites, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Add flour and baking powder; mix well. Pour into a greased and floured 10-in. tube pan. Bake at 325 degrees F for about 1 hour and 30 minutes or until cake tests done. Cool in pan 10 minutes before removing. Cake ages and freezes well.
