Sicilian Grilled Cheese

Ingredients
15 oz. white beans3 tbl spoons low fat sour cream1 tbl spoon diced red onions1 tbl spoon black olives1 tbl spoon basil1 tbl spoon balsamic vinegar1 clove crushed garlic1/2 tsp lemon pepper seasoning12 slices Italian bread6 slices prosciutto12 strips bell peppers6 slices Finlandia Swiss or any Finlandia cheese
Directions
Combine firest 9 ingredents in bowl.
Layer each sandwich with prosciutto, bell peppers and Finlandia cheese.
Top generously with bean mixture.
Brush outside of bread with olive oil, and grill in skillet for 2-3 minutes on each side, untill cheese melts
