Egg Beaters (almost all of 16 oz. box)Mission Life Balance Plus Whole Wheat Tortillas (medium)Green bell pepper (1/2 cup chopped)Onion (1/4 cup chopped)Hatch green chili (4 Tbsp. chopped)Jennie-O Turkey Breakfast Sausage (9 oz.)Sargento, 4 Cheese Mexican - Reduced Fat (.25 oz)
Brown turkey breakfast sausage. When almost complete, add green bell pepper, onion. Saute until tender. Add green chilis. Pour egg beaters over mixture, allow to set, then scramble. Prepare burritos.
(Hint: First wrap in wax paper, then aluminum foil. Freeze. When reheating, simply take off the foil and microwave burrito wrapped in wax paper.)
