3-minute whole wheat mug chocolate cake

Ingredients
King Arthur's White Whole Wheat Flour (or other all-purpose flour), 1/4 cupSugar, 1/4 cupEgg white, 1 servingCocoa Powder, 2 TbspSoymilk, 4 oz (1/2 cup)Vanilla Extract, 1/8 tsp (or more to taste)
Directions
Mix dry ingredients, add liquid ingredients and stir. Microwave on high for three minutes.

This recipe makes a really dense, super chocolatey cake! You could change the soymilk in the recipe to 3 tbsp milk/soymilk and 3 tbsp oil or applesauce to make the cake "fluffier."

Next time I try this I'll add some cinnamon and espresso powder.

Makes 2 servings, so save some for later or share with a friend!

(Note: this is technically an ovo-vegetarian recipe since it contains egg whites.)
