Red Ripe Tomatoes, 3 choppedMangos, 1 peeled and choppedGarlic, 3 cloves mincedOnions, raw, .5 small minced*Lemon Juice, 1 lemon yieldsSalt, 1 tsp

Mix together and refrigerate until using. This recipe is very flexible. You could add pineapple, cilantro, black beans, sub lime for the lemon or be creative.
