Tuscan-Style Tuna Salad

Ingredients
Ingredients:2 - 6-ounce cans chunk light tuna, drained 1 15-oz can small white beans or cannellini, washed and drained10 cherry tomatoes, quartered4 Scallions trimmed and sliced 2 TBS Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 2 TBS Lemon Juice, 1/4 cup chopped Black Olives,1/4 cup sweet, red, bell pepper raw, sliced, .a few leaves of lettucePita Bread is prefered
Directions
Combine tuna, beans, tomatoes, scallions, black olives, red bell pepper, lemon juice and oil in a bowl.

Chill if desired

Serve on a bed of lettuce on a slice of pita bread of desired bread or as a salad.
