chicken salad pita pockets

Ingredients
2 cups cubed cooked chicken breast1/2 cup chopped clery1/2 cup cherry tomatoes1/2 cup red sweet grapes2tbs Light Mayonaise2tbs Light Sour CreamJuice from 1/2 of a LemmonWheat Pita Bread
Directions
Combine chicken, celery, grapes and tomatoes. In a small bowl combine mayo, sour cream and lemmon juice. Mix well season as needed and stir into chicken mixture. Fill pita bread halves with filling.
