Ingredients
Directions
Natures Own 24g of Whole Grain, 100% Whole Wheat Bread, 1 sliceCinnamon, ground, a pinchButter Buds Sprinkles, a dashEggStarts, Southern Home, 2 TbspLand O Lakes Low Fat Half and Half, 1 Tbsp Maple Syrup, 2 tsp
Mix egg substitute, low fat half and half, fake butter sprinkles, and cinnamon in a bowl.
Soak up mixture with slice of bread.
Spray a pan with canola oil, and cook slice on low for a few minutes until browned. Spray other side with canola spray, then turn and finish browning. Put 2 tsp of maple syrup on a plate and spread it around. Place french toast on top.
You can of course lower the stats by using different bread. This one has a great nutty texture for this dish, but has 100 cals a slice.
This is a single serving.
