Rachel's Famous Guacamole

Ingredients
Avocados, California (Haas), 3 Lime Juice, 1 lime yieldsGarlic, 2 clovesSalt, 1 dashPepper, red or cayenne, .25 tspCumin, dried, ground, .5 tspCilantro, raw, 1.5 tbspOnions, raw, .33 cup, choppedRed Ripe Tomatoes, 2 plum tomato
Directions
Remove avocado fruit from the skins and pits, place in bowl. Squeeze the juice of one lime over avocado and mash with fork until you achieve your desired consistency. Mince garlic and cilantro, add these and spices to avocado. Finely chop onion and add. Cut and remove seeds of tomatoes. Add. Stir mixture as you add each ingredient. Refrigerate and serve. A little trick I learned is that you can leave one avocado pit in the mixture which will help reduce the browning.
