Sugar Free Hot Cocoa Mix

Ingredients
1 cup of cocoa powder (dutch processed is the best)2 cups of Splenda2 tsp cornstarch1tsp of salt
Directions
Pour the Splenda, cornstarch and salt into a plastic mixing bowl. Put the cocoa thru a mesh sieve to remove the lumps and aid in dissolving later. Thoroughly mix the ingredients together with a spoon till everything is the color of the cocoa. Pour into a large zip top bag and store in the cupboard.

Makes 24 servings (milk not included in nutritional chart)

To make: Heat 8 ounces of fat-free milk in the microwave till a bit hotter than your preferred drinking temperature. Add two level tbsp of the mix and stir well. This will give you a nice, rich cup of cocoa.

Variations: If you prefer to make your cocoa with water, add 2.5 cups of non-fat dry milk powder to your cocoa mix, and use 3 tbsp mix per cup. For Mexican-style hot cocoa, add between a 1/4 and 3/4 a tsp of cayenne pepper to the mix.
