Ingredients
2 avocados, pitted, peeled and chopped apx 1/4 squares1 can (14.5oz) Italian diced tomatoes, drained (actually like to keep some of the juice)1 can (14.5oz) Chickpeas, drained1 can black beans, drainedRed onion (to taste)Minced garlic (to taste)Lime juice (to taste)Cilantro (to taste)Cumin (to taste)Pepper (to taste)*may also add a can of corn also(Nutrition Fact Panel does not reflect)
Directions
Mix all ingredients and serve!
You may want to chill for a bit so the flavors get to know each other.
