Simple stuffing

1 12 oz. bag of unseasoned cubed stuffing1 medium onion4 celery stalks1 cup parsley heads1 stick buttersalt and pepper to taste
Puree onion, celery and parsley in Cuisinart. melt butter in frying pan. Sautee mix in melted butter; add salt and pepper to taste (if desired). Pour unseasoned stuffing cubes into large mixing bowl. Pour sautee mix over cubes and mix with spoon until cool enough to use your hands. Pour warm water over cubes to help moisten them as needed. Make sure all cubes are coated with the puree mix. Spray casserole dish with Pam, dump coated cubes into dish; cover and cook for 25 minutes. (OR stuff turkey and put remaining cubes into casserole dish. Cook stuffed turkey as directed and cook remaining stuffing for 20 minutes when bird is ready.) Makes 13 3/4 cup servings.
