8 boneless chicken thighs16 oz. salsa1/2 C peanut butter2 tsp ginger2 tbsp lime juice2 tbsp reduced sodium soy sauce
Directions
Place ingredients in crockpot. Cook on low for 6 hrs. Serve over brown rice.
