Sugar Free Oatmeal Cookies

1 1/4 cup Butter Crisco1/4 cup + 1/8cup Splenda brown sugar1/2 cup Splenda White sugar1/2 cup egg beaters 1 teas. vanilla1 tablespoon ground flaxseed1 tablespoon bran1 cup all purposes flour1/2 cup whole wheat flour1 teas baking soda1 teas salt1 teas cinnamon1/4 teas nutmeg3 cups oatmeal
Bake at 375 for 8-9 min for soft, 10-11 mins for crispy
Beat crisco, sugars, until fluffy. Beat in egg beaters and vanilla. Add combined flours, flaxseed, bran, baking soda, salt and spices; mix well. Stir in oatmeal. Drop by rounded tablespoon onto ungreased cookies sheet. Let cool on sheet 1 minutes before removing to cooling rack. Makes 36 cookies approximately 2 1/4 inches.
