Pumpkin, canned, without salt, 1 Can*Molassas - cup, .2/3 C Granulated Sugar, 1 1/3 C*Canola Oil, 1/3 C*Organic Cold Milled Flax - Ground Golden Flax Seed, 1 CFlorida's Natural, Orange Juice Plus Calcium with Added Vitamin D, 2/3 CEgg, fresh, 4 large *Flour, white, 3 cup Baking Soda, 2 tsp Baking Powder, 1 tsp *Pumpkin Pie spice, 2 tbsp Pecans, .2/3 C chopped*SunMaid Raisin, 2/3 C
Combine all wet ingredientsalong with sugar in large bowl mixing well. Stir in dry ingredients then add in nuts and raisins.
Pour into 2 large bread loafs half full. Bake for approximately 1 hour or until tester comes out clean.
