Cheddar Cheese, 6 oz (remove)Hot Pepper Sauce, 1 tsp (remove)*Healthy Harvest Pasta, Rotini, 8 oz (remove)*Flour, white, .1250 cup (remove)Butter, unsalted, 2 tbsp (remove)Broccoli, fresh, 1 cup, chopped (remove)Bacon, 1 medium slices, cooked (raw product (remove)Milk, nonfat, 2 cup (remove)Jalapeno Peppers, .5 pepper (remove)
Cook pasta and broccoli according to directions. While water is heating, crisp bacon. Remove from pan. Add butter to pan and melt. Saute pepper. Whisk in flour until cooked and mixed well. Slowly pour in milk and whisk. cook until thickened to desired consistancy. Whisk in Cheese until melted. Conintue over low heat until pasta is done. Drain pasta and broccoli. Pour into oven proof pan and cover with cheese mixture. Sprinkle on bacon. Place under broiler until cheese crisps. About 5 min.
