Beer Bread

Ingredients
1 can Lite Beer at room temperature3 cups Self Rising Flour2 Tablespoons sugar
Directions
Combine beer,flour and sugar in bowl.
Mix till all flour is incorporated.
Cover bowl with plastic wrap and let sit for 30 minutes
Grease a 9x5 loaf pan
Place mixture in loaf pan and cook at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, let sit about 5-10 minutes before slicing.
Using an electric knife makes slicing much easier.
Cut into 14 slices.
Serving size is 1 slice,
