Turkey and Spinach enchilada

Ingredients
ground turkeyspinachcream cheese fat freecuminsaltpepperwhole wheat totillaSalsa
Directions
brown turkey in fring pan over med heat.
Drain spinich and add to pan add salsa. Continue cooking until mosture is gone. You can add salt and peper if you like. remove from heat and add cream cheese. stir until well blended. Add about three tablespoons to tortilla and roll. Place in greased baking dish. Or cover botton of baking dish with parchment paper. Add one table soon of salsa or diced tomatoes to the top. Cover with foil and bake for about 20-30 minutes at 350. If you like add some low fat shredded cheese to the top and bake until melted.

This is alo good without the tortilla. So you can heat the filling in the micorwave with 1 oz of shredded cheese on top and eat.
